Squiggle tips Saints at 51% chance -- What's your tip? -- Team line-ups »
If so, that's a bizarre way to be elevated. Named as an emergency for the seconds is now apparently a pathway to the seniors.
Maybe we are a little short on players and considering that the senior gals play first on Saturday we'll know before then if Skinner is playing for the senior team or not - if she doesn't get a gig in the seniors or something then she can play for the VFLW side
But it is kinda strange to be the emergency - also not sure I like the idea of an AFLW listed player being an emergency when we don't really need to restrict how many are turning out for the VFLW side as the senior season is still on progress
Same. And I'll likely not be able to watch any of tomorrow's matches due to other things scheduled
Different Clarke?
AN injury-hit AFLW list will see Geelong rely on its VFLW talent in Saturday’s clash with unbeaten ladder leader Port Melbourne.
The Cats will have just three AFLW listed players – forwards Maddi Boyd and Stephanie Williams, and defender Georgia Clarke – for the 5pm meeting at Deakin with the Borough, which is acts as the feeder team for Richmond.
Clarke returns after being dropped following Geelong’s AFLW loss to West Coast.
The defender is among five changes, with Laura Ryan and Jamie Woollett recalled, and Rebecca Pearce and Tanacha Saunders to make their first appearance of 2021.
Madi Maguire and Laura Gardiner have been promoted to the AFLW team, Olivia Fuller is unavailable, and Geelong Falcons duo Renee Tierney and Annie Lee will return to NAB League action.
Interestingly, that article doesn't list Skinner as an out but does show her as an emergencySame one according to this article. Seems we made 5 changes too, not the two which the other article suggested.

cheers for the updateNo radio call of the VFLW this afternoon due to last minute shenanigans from Deakin Uni over media facilities.
And with not seeing an online stream either, safe to say it's impacted the VFLW Youtube Stream as well..

Was wondering what happened with the stream. Pretty piss poor from Deakin there.
First away game for the season, and seems we are something of favs based on this write up...
Western Bulldogs v Geelong at Victoria University Whitten Oval
- This is Geelong’s first trip away from home this season, while the Bulldogs will be relishing the familiar Whitten Oval conditions for the third week in a row. The engine room of the Cats has been piling on the pressure, leading the competition in tackles, and the pressure may be too much for a Bulldogs outfit that’s struggled to get inside 50.
- Paige Sheppard and Tamara Smith have been influential for Geelong, averaging 21.5 and 21 disposals respectively with Smith also leading the league in tackles. The Cats will need them to be working hard to create opportunities from the stoppages.
