Are you joking a quality VFL side? The coach and manager of the team were scouring the internet trying to find players as they had 11 to choose from. They would ring 50-60 clubs accross Melbourne. That is why next year they want an increased lists for VFL so if injury happens then they have a squad. They couldnt match player payments of local clubs and approached teams who had a bye and offered a signed guernsy for payment as clubs would not let any quality players go.

Wookie, don't comment. You've a posted a grand total of 4 posts. Obviously know nothing about the game.

But I am happy to inform you that Brendan Harvey did prove his critics wrong by polling 2nd in the BFL league best and fairest as well as finishing fourth in the goalkicking for the league on 66 goals. Not bad for a 5 ft 10 rover / forward pocket. No doubt will get a guernsey in Geelong's VFL side next year after Nathan Ablett has been getting in Bomber's ear.
Thats not true!!

Yer, you're right the guy failed to get a game in a talented VFL side this year but you've got to remember that Geelong's VFL side was quite successful therefore making it near impossible to get a game. Mate, i'm not quite sure where you're getting your sources from but unfortunately they are incorrect. The guy booted 66 goals for the Moderwarre seniors this season and came runner-up in the BFL best & fairest on 21 votes to Anglesea's Russell Whiteford. I'm more than happy to give you you the website:

Good luck with that mate and stop trying to put the kid down for having a dream
