Can anyone recommend a good guernsey framing mob?
Does anyone also have any pics they are willing to share to give me an idea of quality of work etc.
I've got around 5 or 6 guernseys I need to have framed.

Cheers.

As mentioned on the previous page to another person's enquiry, Legends and Heroes are worth checking out.

They really specialise in this sort of stuff and do a fantastic job.

Here's their site,

You can call them for a quote (or drop by the store, 417 Swan Street Richmond)

I know another poster presented an image recently from Goodscore detailing our 2016 clash guernsey (with white armbands), but this is currently on the club website shop.

Assuming the other version is inaccurate (maybe it is, maybe it isn't), this clash is exactly what many of us have been hoping for (removing the odd two stripes with cat face graphic from the back and continuing the hoops around the back).

Looks fantastic I reckon, hope it is the version we use if required.

That's interesting, wonder where the other image originally came from then.

The other image is from the footy merchandise site goodscore.com.au
From what I could see on that site, it is only listed as a kids guernsey, I wonder if it is an early prototype that has been changed for the club/players.

Isn't there an AFL requirement to change the clash guernseys every 2 years? (in their "wisdom" to create more marketing/sales opportunities)
Possibly the version with the white bands was a manufacturers first go at an "update", and subsequently rejected by the club. There has been quite a delay in releasing our 2016 clash, this could possibly be the reason.

It's not a requirement to change every two years, the rule is that clash jumpers must remain the same design for a minimum of two years. Freo have had the same clash/away jumper since 2011. it's the clubs themselves who want to increase sales by chopping and changing after the two years are up.

Cool, thanks for that.
On that basis we should never change this "new" clash, it is perfect I reckon.

This one's for you catempire.

I had several players drawn up for me by a local artist and framed by myself.

I was wondering if anyone knows what year (thereabouts) that this GFC pin is from? My dad gave it to me years ago and can't find anything on the net relating to anything like it. Thanks.

It's a 1952 premiership commemorative medallion. They came as a stick pin like yours, a lapel pin and mounted into a silver cigarette case.

image.jpeg Ok, this is a little bit left of centre, but I couldn't think of where else to post this.

Something occurred to me earlier.
My personal most treasured Geelong memorabilia turns 40 this year. ( I actually have two of them)

And it's still going strong. (Although may need a wash :) )

I'm looking for a vintage Cats cap. One from like the 80s/90s. If anyone has one they don't want let me know and send me a pic and hopefully we can work something out.

Perhaps clutching at straws - First time visiting this thread so be gentle ...

Anyone with an Ablett Snr signed Jumper will to part with?

Cheers
