Just had a read back here. Between Sept 9 and last Sunday I don't see a post. Help me if i am incorrect there.

If that is correct why do I not read of any bets?

Hopefully its because those who bet and don't stuff up, backed Richmond. I can understand if thats not spruiked here - its the Geelong board.

But there are no posts from anyone who backed Geelong to win or combos based on that. And we were very confident!

As soon as you think footy is a predictable way to win money think about last night .... Geelong at 3.20 to win. Sydney at about 1.40 odd. I reckon Sydneys best dumped a few million in to the coffers of the betting agencies last night.

Took Geelong and GWS multi for this week. Both teams got screwed by the pre finals bye and then the week off for winning the qualifying final last year. Shoe on the other foot for both this year. Footy karma bus coming through.

That's fair enough. I'd probably go head to head too.

Last week I was bloody lucky. Geelong were 3.10 head to head. And 3.20 1-39.
Now there's no way I thought we could win by over 39 so taking the extra 10 cents for 1-39 made sense.
But for some reason I went head to head.

This week the cats are 3.05 and 3.25 under 1-39.

I have no idea what to have a bet on. Might just bet on total points scored.

I had the exact same logic last week, $150 on the cats at 3.35 which has now paid for category one tickets and a hotel! Have done the same this week which will pay for my grand final ticket..if we make it!
