We do have a war chest because we invested in the draft.
Cut half a side of loyal servants to draft half a teams worth of Richard Tamblings and Relton Roberts plodders.

The investigation is already over; Geelong and Port Adelaide were selected this year as part of a rotation policy. Every single player payment was scrutinised at both clubs.Still no news on the minor sanctions which were talked about 3 months ago now. Feels like quite an investigation over such a small matter.
And they would still beat you in a final.Cut half a side of loyal servants to draft half a teams worth of Richard Tamblings and Relton Roberts plodders.
It gets used more than 10 times a year though.

'17, '19 and '20 they beat Geelong to cruise through as premiers. It took us to stop their 4-peat and an unusable bigfooty from occurring.Haha, bye, bye, down you go, again.
Seeing our bunnies glazing Richmond in 2025 sure is something else'17, '19 and '20 they beat Geelong to cruise through as premiers. It took us to stop their 4-peat and an unusable bigfooty from occurring.
I'm just stating the cold hard facts. No glazing involved here, especially for the team with the most unhinged supporter base on bigfooty.Seeing our bunnies glazing Richmond in 2025 sure is something else

One breach at the heart of the matter is reported to be in relation to a car leased by an AFLW player.
Last year, one of the clubs investigated by the AFL was the Brisbane Lions. They were found to have breached the salary cap 26 times. (source: Australian Financial Review)
Yep,The biggest rort this year has been receiving one of the weakest draws for a prelim team I’ve ever seen.
Is the person that does the draw in the Geelong cheersquad?

Yep,
Shocking draw. The AFL didn’t even give them the Hawks twice this season despite them being their biggest rival.
Richmond in the final round is insane for a previous prelim team the year before.

And 3 months ago Caro said the AFL were going to announce the penalty.
Also, literally noone believes the only issue was a car lease. The AFL doesnt look because they dont want to know what is under the rug.
of course they don't. There is zero incentive for the AFL to uncover mass rorting in their own league.
It needs to be an independent body which the AFL would need to be 'forced' to implement

The oval is not a community oval it is for Geelong to train on only. The Dogs asked, the AFL flat out said no.
It's not like the GFC owns it anyway, they're just the primary tenant and biggest drawing tenant like Collingwood and Hawthorn are at the MCG.
Kardinia Park is a community stadium for all. The local footy and netball comp play their finals there, they have cricket, soccer and concerts there too.
last years grand finalist got West Coast in the final round, I assume you're also writing angry posts about that too?Yep,

Equal 2nd dumbest post of 2025. “Demonstrates a complete inability to understand how a fixture works and how the fortunes of clubs can change from season to season”The biggest rort this year has been receiving one of the weakest draws for a prelim team I’ve ever seen.

Coming off an ACL and missing a handful of games. Another piece of recruiting genius.Baz crunched into $9 to win the Brownlow
