Geelong rorting the system

Ive had to sort out a couple of rogue traders recently and by sort out I mean size twleve boot where they feel it the most - their bank accounts and career prospects. Apart from that Icve been busy enjoying some awesome left hand breaks off Queenscliff and smashing it on the golf course - (helpful hint) I pick a random Carlton spud and pretend it is their head on the tee - it helps a lot with distance.

Left hand breaks off Queenscliff you say

Yes mate - it is the only type you get- move 300 meters down the beach to North Manly and you get either way another 500 meters down to Manly you get the lefties again - unless you paddle out to Fairy Bower .

Here's a tip, my scone looks exactly like a beat up old slazenger with a couple of red dots.

Just think of me when you send one down the fairway next time, might get you a few yards further, although I'm not known for accuracy...
Cant do it - you dont bother me.

Just heard Chris Scott's comments on their Injury List/Late Changes. I'm not sure how this, coupled with him refusing three (or so) media questions in last week's presser don't see him fined.
The guy has such a God Complex,
the AFL really should remind him who he works for occasionally.. no, not them. The other mob!

Chris Scott is the big dog, it's his yard, the AFL fall in line when he speaks. Woof woof!

I'll let AFL headquarters know you've lodged an official complaint. Scott should receive his fine by next Monday.

The hysteria around this topic is hilarious.

Anything can happen after the injury list is released on Tuesday. We've had 2 guys come down with gastro, one injured in the warm up and 1 given as late as possible to prove his fitness because he was absolutely best 23.

In the next few weeks it's nearly certain our team will be released and it will say Dangerfield - managed. Is there going to be the same outcry for that despite functionally being the same as an unlisted injury.

Until the final teams are named an hour before the bounce, any players availability is a maybe at best (except maybe Jack Crisp, he will be there rain hail or shine)

I have no problem with geelong being well run and a 'destination' club... i just dont think the system we have at AFL supports how things work out in trades and the draft.

The guy has such a God Complex,
Defending his club and players and calling out the AFL as inconsistent, hypocrites is evidence of a God Complex?

Like so many, Chris Scott is fed up.

There is no doubt Cotton-On played a deceitful role in luring Bailey Smith to Geelong. Whether it was totally premeditated from the beginning is where the debate should be. Did they lure Bailey once he was with them or before? Either way it’s pretty unsporting.

Dude he has been with cotton on for years. Why is it only a problem when he is at geelong and not footscray?

You mean how you got your premiership key foward in lynch for free while geelong had to pay 3 first round draft picks for cameron.

I agree, this was massively unjust.

Because Cotton-On is a major Geelong sponsor and he couldn’t be lured until his contract was up. The GFC didn’t have the integrity to even wait until free agency, just a sporting predator.

It's pro sport. It's meant to be a cutthroat dog eat dog business. This isn't tiddlywinks.

The fact he was getting paid by another clubs major sponsor, will playing for the Bulldogs is a joke. Nothing to see though.
