This is what happens when the left interferes with society to the extent the dependent feel entitled to receive a handout for anything and everything.

There were dependent on handouts from Ford and then weak government and then political connections through the left. The Tracks and other political influences are obvious and become expected!!

Lets face it they got Danger from connections with politics and they do not wish to earn anything from there own efforts.

I have to admit, Geelong, since there 2007 crest has become and utter embarrassment to Australian society!!!

Ease up champ. This has nothing to do with left vs right. Handout mentality is strong and very much thriving across both side of politics.

"Maurice Blackburn have filed a writ in the Federal Court against the AFL, on behalf of five Geelong supporters. In its statement of claim, the plaintiffs, a group of Geelong supporters called 'Cat Pride', allege that the AFL:
- allowed Geelong supporters to get 'too used to success after a decade of consistent finals wins', and that the loss in last week's Qualifying Final to Richmond 'led to significant loss of enjoyment of life'
- whipped Richmond supporters into a 'pre-game frenzy', encouraging them to 'barrack too loudly and offensively', causing 'ruptured eardrums and loss of hearing'
- failed to provide adequate security protections for Geelong supporters in light of 'excessive chanting and loud laughing'

CEO Gillon McLachlan refused to comment on the specifics of the lawsuit, although said that the AFL would issue a notice of appearance in the coming days, and vigorously defend the action'.

Brilliant in everything but the timing. April 1st has long passed and the next is a long way off. Love the work though.

Yep, I am not a grub and not dependent.

If someone wants something from me I am happy to sell it to them for the right price!

I am not stupid enough to allow people to take me for a ride any more!!

Geelong people need to leave their masters behind and make a go of it themselves. There is no future behaving like a slave and paying off people to be allowed to receive a feed!!

Geelong ultimately currently is a political club dependent on handouts which is why they feel entitled at the moment!! As a taxpayer I am not prepared to fund Geelong supporters lattes!!

If Geelong supporters have a case, make a citizens arrest there and then in the crowd and bring proceedings before court!! I am not interested in the burden of someone else's non-performance!!!

Asking AFL HQ and government for this and that is more about struggling to find meaning and relevance in their lives because they are not prepared to make the proper life decisions they need to take, roll the sleeves up and move on to places who want them for what they do and can bring without handouts!!!

You know I have never been to Geelong. This attitude from Geelong supporters just gives me reason to never go there so they have less reason to prosper from me and perhaps they need to look for greener pastures if they have nothing to sell and resort to relying on others. After all why would I go there when I can see beggars wanting a handout on the Pyramids of Giza or Kuta beach in Bali where at least it is cheaper and I can pick up extra cultural info so I can get more bang for buck for a better life experience!!!

An additional party has lodged paperwork to append to the list of Defendants. A motion to rule to the Geelong "Catman" to cease and Desist using the "Catman" persona without permission. Damages are being pursued forthwith.

The original "Catman" refused to comment, other than to state that the imposter's drumming tempo was way too fast when Harry Taylor hit the post.
