Not favoured as a best 22 regular.
Can play, no doubt at all.
Behind Dangerfield, Duncan, Guthrie, Selwood, Menegola and co. for midfield minutes, and Scott has preferred Miers and others as a half-forward.
I think he's probably deserved more opportunities - I recall he played very well against Hawthorn upon the comp's resumption last year; unfortunately lost his spot not long after that despite doing very little wrong imo.
Narkle lost his spot after doing his hammy. They just never bought him back post injury.

Amazing how Scott persists with 2 small forwards that can't kick goals and struggle to make any impact.
I'm not counting Frank Evans as we know only his second game.
But that's now 3 smalls that do diddly squat.
Jenkins kicks 5 in the 2's and these 3 are played ahead?
None of them could kick 5 even in the 2's if their lives depended on it but Scott persists with especially those 2, terrible selection imo.
Disappointing for CC done nothing wrong.

What's the situation with Narkle?

Whenever I've watched him play he's looked very classy. I don't see him on the injury list, so I assume he's just not getting picked?
Very good question. He is indeed just not getting picked, which may be simply form related. Didn't seem to be burning the house down in vfl praccys
