This reminds me of how Richmond FC got so insecure they went begging to the Vic Govt for a $65M redevelopment of Punt Road to take its capacity to a whopping 8k. $65M for a rundown paddock that isn't even fit for AFLW, just for 8k spectators, let that sink in.
