Don't know about you guys but i'm pretty comfortable with Geelong at the MCG first week of the finals.

We could potentially play them 4 times this season. 3 times in 5 weeks.
well I wouldn't mind port or freo at the G

Thing is Collingwood are completely decimated and an 80 to 120 point win is quite likely if we r half trying

and I think Sydney wont be trying to hard against Richmond with the later going hammer and tongs

If we beat Geelong in the QF then we will in all likelihood get one of those clubs in a QF.

Only charge laid was to Jones from Melbourne for making contact with an umpire.
No surprise really..All incidents mentioned over the weekend looked at, but nothing came of them as was to be expected.
It reads as if Roughead was looked at for the tackle, not Selwood for the elbow to the throat! Interesting, but not surprising....

Edit - Nah, my mistake, didn't read it all the first time!! Carry on.

The MRP got it right - we asked for consistency re selwood and we got it. They at least took a look at it and deemed it whatever because there was nothing in it - lake did similar on Hawkins.

Bartel deserved a warning similar to the one cornes got. The MRP must be thinking that the embarrassment through being highlited in the media is enough

I don't think the bolded is true at all. I think we got the correct punishment, but it is inconsistent with what Lake and Harvey got. If they'd have gotten a week or two each, then i'd be fine with Selwood getting nothing. Since they get 3 and 4 weeks, Selwood's should get a week or two, but we all knew they wouldn't rub him out.

We play before the Swans though. If we do anything cheeky like try to belt Collingwood to steal the minor premiership or kick exclusively to Roughy to get him 15 goals to beat Buddy for the Coleman then they'll know exactly what they need to do to peg it back.
That's right.

The only way roughy is going to win the 2014 Coleman is if Franklin breaks his leg in the warm up.
