Trying to work out how Hall even played. I thought that if you had more than 16 weeks suspension in total, you were automatically banned from playing. He has over 23 weeks of suspensions in the AFL.

If the Suns don't accept what the Cats offer, he will have to. Only other option is to play for a club he doesn't want to be at, and has publicly stated as much.
