Couldn’t do worse than, the Jack Jumpers, which is what they just named their NBL team.

If they go with “The Devils” there might be a demarcation dispute down in “The Other Place” as Lucifer/Satan/Beelzebub/Old Nick et al might have to rule on whether Melbourne “The Demons” or Tasmania “The Devils” has precedence.

The thing is, Jack Jumpers (ants) are mainly found in Tassie, so from that perspective I like it.

It has to be Hobart simply because Hobart is actually a well liked city for people to go and visit for a holiday anyway. So there's more appeal for people to make it a weekend away for the footy in Hobart.
