I actually like watching the Dogs play when we aren't up against them. They actually play with some risk and spirit. They go for speckies and take their chances. They are the anti Ross Lyon, it's actually enjoyable footy to watch- high tempo and attacking. I'm not fond of their fans but I like guys like Daniel, he's a little ripper, I actually wanted him before the draft but happy with Lonie instead. Both will be little guns. We are going okay recruiting wise you can't take every player you want.

For all the hype around the Dogs, they are only 4 wins ahead of us (and we have a game in hand). Yes they've had injuries & are doing very well to cover them & still win, so kudos to them.

The way I see it, our year in this 2016 is tracking very similar to the Dogs in 2014 where they finished with 11 wins, then had a breakout 2015. We'll go very well next year & theres still a 1% chance we even make finals this year

I'm pumped for the next 3 weeks & 2017
