Richmond look horrendous, their game plan just isn't working and they don't look to be changing it. Honestly, I think Hardwick will get the sack mid year.

I love how teams just sit a tagger on Cotchin. You take him out of the game & they become devoid of any leadership out there. They needs other to help him shoulder the load IMHO

Hardwick really makes a stand by not including Jack in the leadership group.
Every year same slap in the face, every year same Richmond.
Riewoldt should be their captain.
Hardwick is a joke.

How good has Melbourne's early season draw turned out to be?

In NAB 2 they get to play WB's VFL team, in NAB 3 they get to play a similarly ranked team, who are having their first game in 3 weeks and with 8 who are having their first hitout of the year, then in R1 of the season proper they get to play a Cameron and Patton-less GWS (at home), who throw the game away with terrible conversion, then Essendon, then this week they get Collingrabble, next week Lolmond and then the similarly ranked us, in round 6.

I reckon if we'd had that sort of start to the year (including the 2 really easy NAB games as a lead-in, to really builds our momentum and confidence) we'd have been a serious chance to have started 5-1, so it will be really interesting to see how Melbourne end up going. Will they stuff it up (they've already lost to Essendon) or make the most of it?

I didn't! But i also did not pick the Saints

It's crazy to pick any one other than WCE in Perth. The umpiring, crowd and home ground advantage just seem to be stronger factors than anywhere else. We can play fantastic footy there and they seem to umpire us out of it.

The umpiring is ridiculous. That QF last year was a 10 goal umpiring performance. I had absolutely no doubt the Hawks would smash them in 'not Perth'.
