Broke his leg twice and did his shoulder.

Without those injuries he would have been a gun

A guy from my sons footy club is mates with Brown's dad who has something to do with the junior league I think he said. Anyway he was saying he was happy with him playing VFL because when he was training at AFL level he'd had issues with his back from the training load on top of the knee and shoulder. He said 2015 was the first time his body had let him play unrestricted. Anyway we were never going to draft him so good luck to the guy, had a good year in the VFL and did what what necessary to play again.

Mitch played for Geelong until the end of 2014. We could have got him as a rookie then.
After playing in our reserves team we would have needed to use the pick which we used for Bailey Rice.

So i disagree , after he played in our reserves team the club ONLY had the opportunity to take him if they thought he was a better option than Rice.

Lyon is kidding himself. Bennell is a star and in the top 10 players at Freo easily.

With all these faults RL must be the greatest coach of all time. Sheridan is going to be a very good player IMO.

he gets the absolute best out of the list he has but he never actually improves the list, if that makes sense. he doesnt develop young talent or assistant coaches

sheridan very well might be, but i wouldnt want him one out with his opponent in the back 50 as the ball comes in late in a grand final with scores tied up

I wouldn't not have wanted Suckling either like that yet the Hawks have won 4 flags with him. As for developing assistant coaches well I know Steve Grace at the pies and he said RL was great for him. He also said he is a fantastic coach. I will trust someone who has worked with him. Mark Stone says the same. As for young kids well he didn't have much to work with us because of pathetic recruiting. I'm prepared to see what happens at Freo in the next couple of years.

I gave you Steve Grace for a start and Mark Stone has been with him for all the time he has been there. Trout rates RL. No idea about SOS and don't care. he doesn't even coach anyone.

sumich is no where near it. he's the laziest coach going around

yeh still at the dockers, he refuses to move interstate to further his coaching ambitions. moving from WCE to freo actually reduced his commute

freo arent exactly a destination club for assistant coaches... beggars cant be choosers. i mean guera was knocked back by a WAFL club but has now joined freo

That may or may not be the figure but I have spoken to 3 coaches and who have worked under him and they rate him very highly. That's 100%.

If you are an assistant at a premiership winning club it seems you are first picked though. Hawthorn has pretty much supplied everyone recently and Geelong supplied quite a few back in their day. Even the Pies flogged off Watters and Neale from winning one.
