Clever ,just change one letter and it becomes a different meaning. The misspelling Dawk/Dork adds to the humour, obviously jesting that the Hawks are a group of socially inept people. Adding to the humour is the fact that it still rhymes with the original word.




St Fiddler. This is a rather inept attempt of a similar thing, however the word Fiddler would seem to have very little in common with the original word Kilda.
Fiddler -- Kilda ... No ryme. In fact it seems hardly wittier than inserting any other random word after the St.
St Idiots. St Dishwashers St Fiddler. Whatever.

Now as to what Fiddler alludes to would also seem questionable, based on ridiculous hearsay that was later proven to be false information.

So no wit at all , just a nasty little piece of innuendo.

THAT is being overhyped.

He is a super talent but there is nothing to say he is a clearly better player than Billings, Kolodjashnij, Lewy Taylor or Zach Merrett and none of them would be talked about as fill in captains this year.

I know we overate players on this board, but ATM Bont would be ahead of all those players in terms of output and leadership quality. Now im not saying by the time their careers finish that he will be the best, just what they have achieved currently.

Essendon yes, Collingwood a decent chance, Richmond nah, Carlton yes. I'm guessing Collingwood will do a lot better with Sidebottom and Varcoe coming back and some pressure on their group. I think the Pies will finish somewhere around 14th-12th.

That's the only way we can actually access these players, they have to come from under represented groups. There are large populations of Muslims of different races out around Dandenong I wasn't going to go through 20 nationalities.

No he didn't have a huge influence after the game was just about iced in the first and he wasn't great last week. We are going to burn a lot of players if we decide how good they are after one game against the Hawks. Ive seen enough of him to already rate him a star.

Bont kicked a beautiful goal to win a game iirc and since than he has been the poster boy. He definitely will be a top 50 player but the way people go on about him its as if his is a gaz jnr clone.

Id take Merrett over Bont if given the choice. Bont is a freak but Merrett is just as talented but muchmore reliable in his output.

But how do we know Scharenberg will be any good.
History continues to show that some players are underrated when they are drafted, only to blossom a few years later, while others who go early in the draft don't cut it.
To me Scharenberg remains simply a prospect.
