Really? Yeah I never would've guessed that

Apparently he's a jehovah's witness not a Mormon, my bad, I think they are the ones who die from not having blood transfusions and don't eat meat, not the ones who have 10 wives and wear black suits. I have a guy who cleans the windows for my business and he's a JW and he's built like Rance, there must be something in the diet that works.

Are you sure he's not muslin?

They're not allowed to have fun I'm pretty sure. No birthday celebrations, no Christmas celebrations, no blood transfusions and no ice cream.

May have made up the ice cream bit.

http://www.afl.com.au/news/2016-12-23/becoming-lumumba-a-documentary-about-retired-demon

THE LIFE of retired premiership defender Heritier Lumumba will be explored in a documentary to be released next year.

"A black man in a white world – Harry searches for his own identity in a country and culture that he feels never really accepts him," a blurb for the documentary said.

It was directed by Jeff Daniels and produced by Tom Zubrycki.

I can't watch it. it will only encourage him.

Has the Shane Yarran Fb post been posted here. Jeez I would love that to be real but it was a bit too out there, the fyfe virgin stuff was just bizzarre.
It was the post of a pretty disturbed young man.
Makes Freos decision seem a bit more understandable.

The Fyfe situation might be simular to Judds at the Eagles. Too many party boys at the club and he just wants out.

Shane Yarran says he doesn't have a Facebook account. Although he'd be crazy to say otherwise, I think that post is fake. The spelling grammar etc is too bad, it's a crude parody. Who the hell says Pain Slowful? Some dumb Eagles fan's idea of a joke I think.

They picked SY because he's probably the only Freo player who wouldn't bother suing someone.

Checked the Freo board yesterday, they were saying it was his account as it was friends with the real accounts of other Freo players- Harley Balic had commented on one of his photos. Will check again to see what the consensus is, interesting situation.

Bloke clearly isn't a sharpest tool in the shed, maybe thought he could get away with it by saying he didn't have an account and deactivating said account? Well, technically now he doesn't have an account:$

After reading the afl article about JOM doing great, I'm spooked. I know it's just hype and it doesn't mean anything til he's out playing games, but if he kicks on and Nathan Freeman breaks down I will spew blood.

Even if they both do alright, I'll be annoyed. I want Hawthorn to experience maximum pain. They need to experience a bit of the rub of the green too.

Like being jealous of a guy who maxed out his credit cards on lottery tickets and hits the jackpot

Also all spin

Some bloke went and posted a dozen GIF's of lesbians getting it on...Think he wanted to get banned because he was around since 2008 and had 10k posts lol. Either a New Years resolution or just had a few too many beers.

Ok im trying to get my head around his decision .
So after being good enough to make the Swans best 22 in last yrs GF. Xavier Richards knocks back a 2 yr deal from the Swans cos he wants to play in Melbourne.
Thats a bit risky but not dumbest thing in the world i guess. If you want out of Syd then its a risk you have to take. But it ended up being extremely risky didnt it cos nobody else picked him up.
BUT!!! and this is the part i dont understand. So what does he then do?? He signs up with Sydney University in the NEAFLo_Oo_Oo_Oo_O

WTF!!!! Why not just stay with the Swans if your gonna stay in Sydney anyway:eek:
Very odd:drunk:

Maybe he has a second job at his local Council.
Now that would explain the decision making capability.

Seems like he thought he'd get an offer elsewhere when he left the swans, an offer that didn't materialise. If he had his time again, he'd probably stay at the Swans.

It seems he doesn't want to publicly declare he was very poorly advised or he himself made a poor decision, but clearly a case of a player misjudging his own professional worth.

So, he refused a contract assuming a better one will come. It's not the most stupid thing ever. But you do look silly if it doesn't come off.

Yeah i dont have a problem with that part at all.
He tried, it didnt work. Thats not a crime.
But his whole reason in the first place was he wanted to leave NSW.
The now staying in Syd to play at a lower level is the silly bit.
