LMAO I just got banned from 'Liking' posts on the Melbourne board :tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:

"Quixote,

You have received a warning for lurk liking on the Melbourne board.

The 'Like' system is provided to allow genuine positive feedback to a poster. It relies upon users using the system responsibly. It has been decided that you haven't fulfilled that trust so your ability to 'like' (along with other privileges) has been revoked for one week."
Let the Saints mods know, you may be able to get that overturned mate. If it was Striker who gave you that warning he is absolutely piss weak, given me warnings on the Melb board in the past for stuff like that before.

Came here to see if anyone messaged that flog that jumped on here after the Melbourne loss talking up finals.

Would reckon a side that's gone through what they have would result in their supporters having a modicum of humility.

They're the only side I cop it from left and right if we lose to them. Their choke couldn't have made me happier

I have a lot of sympathy for Melbourne, I hope they come good and we have a good rivalry going forward that extends to finals for both clubs.

We tend to criticise our club a lot - coaching, recruiting, etc. It's difficult when you're a smaller club - mistakes get magnified. But the administrative, coaching and executive f**kups St Kilda has made over the last decade pale in comparison to _that_ 'finals' email from Melbourne, along with sending a finals ticket to members.

Imagine if we'd done it - there would have been some upside as it probably would have caused Barrett and Kingy to have aneurysms.

Imo, billings should have made the 40 for the AA squad. Would put him up forward over Betts (biggest downhill skiier, so ****in overrated) and Garlett.

He had a better year than Bont this year too. Don't like comparing the two, but everyone seems to do it.

Good to see Seb and Dyl make the 40, i think seb slowing down later on hurts his chance of making the final team, but roberton deserves a spot on the flank

Here is what I dont get about the Bucks extention - If they dont make finals next year then how is he under less pressure?

Ross Lyon has 3 years left and a much better record than Buckley and people are questioning if he should still be a Fremantle.

Mind blowing...

i thought that was what was going to happen.
Harvs was never going to survive and they already had to off Grubby, so to effectively only lose Burns, well, let's just say I expected someone to scapegoat as the reason for failure that isn't Edwardo, so fully expected Bucks to harakiri and run straight into that oncoming train for the team and emulate Ratts as an assistant somewhere.

Anyone hear Garry Lyon call our performance the most disappointing of the round? Clearly we weren't that great but god damn is there a glaring omission in that observation... At least St Kilda had the decency to kill my spirit 6 weeks ago.
did Garry not watch his own team play? a chance to solidify their place in the finals for the first time in ages.... and lost to Collingwood?

Yes i was listening and thought it was a fair call, once again we failed to show up in the 1st quarter
I was working so didn't get to watch the match, but I was hardly surprised when I checked the scores. Very concerning pattern forming. 3 huge matches, and we put together awful starts in all of them.

We were hugely disappointing again, but surely doesn't compare to Melbourne and what they inflicted on their supporters. Couldn't even bank a win against 13th.

In fairness, you do have to feel for Melbourne fans a bit. I know I certainly do. As we know, it ain't easy following a tragic Club. And they're mostly pretty good eggs when they're off the bathwater. campaigner of a way to end a season. I just find it amusing as it takes my own St. Kilda related pain away. In all honesty I've been emotionally checked out of this season since the Port game. That was me done for 2017. It's been bliss since. Should have seen me today at the game zero ****s we're given it was like a beautiful dream

Nahhh **** em lol

Yes the Suns and Melbourne played to expectation of being weak and spudlike, Saints have talent and arent gutless like Melbourne so Lyon is correct
