Disagree, it's becoming to mundane in the AFL, everyone has become a robot with all their media training. People with personality are constantly slammed, mick just one of the examples. There is literally no point watching interviews anymore, all the answers have been rehearsed a million times.
lets just agree to disagree mate:thumbsu:
you see personality , I just see a rude grumpy bloke who turned the media against himself by being a sook In Interviews.
Nothing wrong with disagreeing joop:thumbsu:
It would be boring here If we all thought the same:D

Of course mate. Can definitely see your point of view. Just think it's wrong! Haha

There are some crazy myths surrounding Carlton. They are still blaming the draft sanctions they were given for cheating....that was in 2002, thirteen years ago. They would have received Goddard. He's nearly retirement age. They blame the Judd deal that wasn't long after that and since then they have had multiple high picks including a few number ones. They are a pathetic old boys club who are still stuck in an age where the cheque book won out over good management. they let Fev, Betts, Kennedy, Waite, Robinson and Garlett go for not much return and wonder why they are no good. They then buy up Daisy who is playing on a wrecked ankle. Just stupid management.

So much this ^^^^^^

The board is more than the president.

Agree, but my point was summers had been on our board 5 years before being made pres.

Think MLG deserves a chance to put things right.

Crazy stat from last week -

Carlton laid a total of 35 tackles against Geelong.

St Kilda laid 36 tackles against West Coast... in the second qtr!!!

John Barker... lol
Was nothing but a problem maker as our forward coach. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Consistently, throughout his career, the stats indicate that those in the area he's been responsible for have got worse while he's there, and got significantly better once he left.

Just further evidence of Carlton not having a clue. And frankly, I hope he has a very long tenure.

Carlton's outs this week against Sydney:
  • Robert Warnock (Hip),
  • Marc Murphy (Calf),
  • Bryce Gibbs (Back),
  • Chris Judd (Knee)
WOW. There goes what little midfield ability they had. They are going to get decimated.

Don't... Just... Don't...

The scary part is the heap of preselections that are best 22, Cameron, Bugg, Shiel, Treloar....better than the high picks. I guess thats the guys taken out of the system that would have gone top 10. They are going to be scary if they don't get hard raids.

Now do a list of 1st round picks that ARE NOT playing seniors for GWS this week....

That's the ******* scary one :(
Phil Davis (#10, 2008)
Rhys Palmer (#7, 2007)
Jed Lamb (#21, 2010)
Jon Patton (#1, 2011)
Paul Ahern (#7, 2014)
Adam Tomlinson (#9, 2011)
Jarrod Pickett (#4, 2014)
Liam Sumner (#10, 2011)
Lachie Plowman (#3, 2012)
Caleb Marchbank (#6, 2014)

Plus Hampton who was a zone selection and Golds and Wilson who were underage selections...

Take out Jed Lamb & the rest would be walk up starts in our team, with possibly Wilson too with his pace
