And when they were rebuilding they looked just as bad as us.

Yep worse. I have been to pretty much all our melbourne clashes with them since the 90s and they were putrid to the point of not seeing how they could improve. Richie Vandenberg was their captain at one point. He was like the equivalent of Geary if he was born with his limbs the wrong way round.

How long until we have to play Hawthorn? The way I see it we can at least not get destroyed until we have to play them. Also Port probably as well.

Spot on, I remember playing the Hawks I think in 2005 at the G and they looked all at sea: seemed to have no structure and were just passing the ball around in circles. Clarko obviously had them not worrying about the result so much but trying to teach them way of playing knowing results would look after themselves long term - and they certainly have. I really hope that as a club we also adopt that sort of courageous long-term approach as it is the only way as a football club you can get sustained success both on an off the field.

190 points is the biggest winning/losing margin in AFL history...

Round 10, 7 June at Etihad, it's in trouble.

Ok we don't have to play the Hawks until round 10, that gives us 9 rounds of relatively thrashing-free football (relative being the key word here. If we can keep the margins under 40 points I'm happy)

Pretty sure that was the game where Goose kicked a goal almost from the centre circle! Yes CIRCLE, was crazy.

Anyone else thoroughly enjoying the fact that the bloke who was the makeweight in the Messiah deal for Judd is now single-handedly belting Carlscum to the tune of 6 goals...

Especially when they have approximately no forward line now that Waite's gone.

Someone help me try to remember a Friday night match worse than this one. Just an shit game of football all round.

And that's why I should stick to 1 tab on my browser. :$
Sydney richmond last year. Worst game I think I've ever watched
