Not to derail the thread but this one is a famous one and had many implications - and lies- that it created a whole new area of psychological study ie The Bystander Effect

Many on our block were accused on twitter and the media for not doing anything when a woman was killed by her ex a few months ago. But many didnt know what had happened
What about "Das Experiment " the setup where they put innocent ppl in jail and set up other ppl to be in charge. Was complete anarchy

This man is wanted for sexually assaulting a man at a train station in Melbourne's north. He has a big bandaid on his forehead so he shouldn't be hard to miss/track on cctv.

Police are rightly really concerned about this guy. A woman walking in Glenferrie Road Hawthorn in Melbourne noticed this man following her so she crossed the road. She crossed another one again and turned into yet another to get rid of him but he got in front of her and waited, he attacked her. Two witnesses followed him and he threatened them.

CCTV.

This looks really bad.

That is absolutely disgusting behavior by the security, all security involved need to be charged! Security guards are supposed to be there to protect patrons and staff and also to keep order. That guy does appeared to be unconscious so there was no need to continue on so violently, in fact he should not have been violated to the point were he became unconscious in the first place!

The dude passed out before he was thrown to the ground. I assume the evictee was in the wrong but that looks excessive. Surely needs to be investigated.

Like a categorisation of offenders like this, of
'propensity for sexual assault'?
Good news.

'Call to introduce ‘grab and drag’ laws after Jackson Williams case
There’s a push for Victoria to introduce a new law in the wake of a shocking attack where a nurse was dragged into an alleyway and pinned to the ground.'

'She believes the result was “grossly inadequate” and was spurred to start a petition that now has almost 100,000 signatures.
On Thursday morning, she met with Victorian Attorney-General Jill Hennessy and shadow Attorney-General Edward O’Donohue.
The nurse and aged care worker has also teamed up with Justice Party MP Stuart Grimley in a push to introduce new legislation for “grab and drag” offences.
“This has highlighted the flaws of the system,” she said of Williams’ case.
“We need to hold these offenders accountable.”'
Mr Grimley said a “grab and drag” law would fill the legislative gap between common assault — of which Williams was found guilty — and intent to commit a sexual offence — which a judge found could not be proven in his case.
He said as a former police officer, seeing men grab and drag women off the street was all too familiar.
“It’s a precursor to more violent offending for these creeps, and it’s about time we introduced something to put a stop to it,” he said.
Mr Grimley said he would discuss introducing the proposal with the Andrews’ government.
Introducing a private members’ bill himself was also “on the table”.
“We need to explore all avenues with this one,” he said.
Mr Grimley is a member of Derryn Hinch’s Justice Party, who said Williams’ victim had been let down by the system.

'Shadow Attorney-General Edward O’Donohue has written to the Office of Public Prosecutions asking them to appeal Williams’ sentence, which he said “alarmed and perplexed” Victorians.
Attorney-General Jill Hennessy said she had asked the Victorian Law Reform Commission to consider a “grab and drag” offence as part of a current review into sexual offence laws.
“I met with Ms Jones today and was impressed with the strength of her advocacy on this issue - and her commitment to the gender equality conversation,” she said on Thursday.
“All women should be safe and feel safe - in their homes, in the street and everywhere.”'

The assault in Hawthorn was a grab and drag as well.

A young woman has managed to fight off a ski mask-wearing attacker who dragged her off the street and tried to choke her in what police have described as a "petrifying" incident in Melbourne's east.

The victim's screams were heard by two witnesses who followed the man into the nearby Central Gardens off Henry Street. They confronted the man before he threatened to assault them.

The man then ran back towards Williams Street before he was captured on CCTV returning to his car at 1.21am.

Trouble with people like this, they can't put them away for long until someone is dead.

They're not facing any charges. It's awful this happened at all but good.

A man who broke into a South Pasadena home and attacked his estranged girlfriend died after he was stabbed and beaten by the woman’s mother and sister Saturday morning, authorities said.

Not long ago there were a spate of break and entries in Victoria, where the victims doors were kicked in, and usually the car keys demanded.
Apparently these sorts of home invasions are very rare in the USA. Guess why?
