"It is with sadness that I inform this group about the passing away of a larger than life Demons member and supporter... HIBBY HIBBERT passed away yesterday of a heart attack. He got to see his beloved Dees beat the filth one more time before he left this world and he would of loved that.
Thoughts and condolences are with his family. A larger than life character.."

And I've only just reread the Surname then to read it correctly, Ive been misreading the whole time
Heck. He was a Warragul local, good customer at my family's store when I worked there. Sad news.

I wouldn't be against player hunt as a defensive forward on jj. got the speed to go with and could really hurt around goals as a bonus
Prime role for Bugg I reckon. Give Melksham another crack at the tag on Bont. Hunt is too much of a weapon for us at half back. And the dogs will be worried about him there too

I wouldn't tag JJ. Half of his kicks will go to us anyway. Macrae on the other hand is ripping it up and is a more damaging user of the ball. Tag him if we tag anyone

From what I've seen of Bont in the last month I reckon he's playing sore and hasn't been anywhere near as damaging as usual.
I'd prefer us to tag Macrae also.
Some on the Dogs board talking up the Dogs getting stuck into Hunt the way JJ copped it last week.
Personally I think Hunt would handle it much better, has a bit of go in him as opposed to Jason 'kip with the lights on' Johannisen

They'll have to catch him first

The dogs tend to be able to take more punishment than you think they can, but i don't think its their strength. If it gets wet or clearance heavy I'd back our mids in.

Hunt is a much more physical player than JJ, he'd be absolutely fine.

I reckon Hunt would just have a giggle if the Dogs decided to get stuck into him, like the Power players tried to do with Gawn late last year. Almost guaranteed that there will be a bit of niggle before the bounce. This should be a pretty physical game, I'm looking forward to it.

You just know that JV will get into it if the Dogs try to start.

The Dogs were pathetic on Thursday, I'd be embarrassed if the opposition were getting stuck into one of our players and his teammates didn't immediately stand up. Not sure what Bevo was thinking either, the message at QT should have been to start going after some of the Swans in the exact same manner and for someone to get in the way of whoever was going after JJ.

On a somewhat unrelated note,

does anyone know what the deal is with children? Specifically with attending football matches. If they're under like, seven, do they need a ticket?

My friend's child decided to go for the bulldogs last year (fancy that). It's their first live game this weekend.

I intend to traumatise the little ****** on Sunday.
