I am just doing random things on my laptop, and my laptop will stop everything, blue screen with some writing on it I can't catch and then fully restart. This has happened 3 times. Anyone with any idea's of what is causing this and how to fix it.

If you go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> "Advanced" Tab -> Settings button under "Startup and Recover", you can turn off the automatic restart. If you google the error that shows up next time it crashes you should get a better idea of what the issue is. Try and note down what you're doing each time it happens too.

Whats a good program to make a basic movie like presentation ... basically just a lot of different pictures with background music?

And where can I download it, for free.

Hey Guys,
I was wondering if someone might be able to help me, I am not very good at computers so this is kinda annoying.
Long story short I downloaded way way to much pr0n and my computer was just so slow and pop up every 2 sec, got to the point I couldn't handle it so I had a friend format the computer for me.
Once all that was done, I tried putting the net cable back into the comp so I could reconnect to my cable and it doesn't work. The tech dude on the phone told me I need a LAN driver ?? for windows 64 (this means nothing to me) Do i need a particular type this is wayyy hard :(

You've got to find the model of your motherboard - whether you have the box or open your computer up and look for the model number.

Once you get that, just google '<insert motherboard brand and model number> drivers" and you'll be able to download the lan drivers along with other drivers that you'll probably need along the way.

Also, go start > control panel > system > and under the system heading (middle of the page) look for the 'system type:' part and it will tell you if you've got a 94 bit operating system or 32 (sometimes listed as 86-bit which is the exact same as 32). So when you're downloading your drivers from the above link, you'll do it for the version of Windows you have such as Windows 7/8 etc, then whether you've got a 32 or 64-bit operating system.

Not downloading, use to work fine but now, it's says open with utorrent like normal but it won't auctualy open up and start downloading
Sometimes my uTorrent won't open up and I have to go task manager and end the process - > ctrl + alt + delete -> task manager - > click the uTorrent.exe process -> end process then re-open uTorrent.

If you're trying to click the .torrent file and it won't open but opens normally if you click on the program itself, try preferences - > general -> associate with torrent files.

Or what most would suggest, I'll post anyways - tried re installing?

Check your port/connection settings, if you had port forwarding setup on your old system you might need to punch those specific ports into the reinstalled uTorrent client. There's a little icon in the bottom right hand corner of the uTorrent window that tells you your connection status.

Why do i keep getting this babylon stuff popping up onto their website and little square popups in the left hand corner. How do i get rid of this stuff?

its creating links for certain words on a wbesite eg: bigfooty and then when i accidentally click on them it goes to their website, how do i get rid of these?

Thanks
KA

It's Malware I'm pretty sure, download and install this - https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/

Run the scan, remove whatever it found and that should fix it.

Also go start > type 'add or remove programs', select the option that will appear and then make sure babylon isn't listed as a program installed, if it is, remove that.
Thanks Dyl

Did i pip you in DT this year?

Check that you haven't got an extension from them in your browser.

Would imagine so, went on a downwards spiral from round 18 or so and ended up somewhere in the 400's overall. Finished in the top 100 in lolfantasy but don't really care much for that one.

I only played afl.com.au one. So i think u beat me, i ranked 125th. Didnt play the other game, found it hard to play both

For Chrome:

1. Click on the button that sort of looks like this '=' on the top right of your screen.

2. Go to 'Settings'.

3. On the settings page, there should be a tab called 'Extensions'. Click on that and if there is any Babylon extension, remove it.

Is it appearing on Firefox too?
