how do you put a picture up of your team?

First you will need a print screen of your team and paste it into paint (or similar program) crop and edit the image and save it as a jpg. Next you will need to upload it to the web using a program like 'photobucket' and then from there you can follow this video:

This question was basically generated from a few conversations with a few mates regarding Lake and Grimes LTI returns.

Which player was had the greatest come back the next year after a season ending LTI?

Only one I could think of was Malceski 2007-2010

Averages:

2007 - 101.0
2008 - 66.0
2009 - 51.5
2010 - 96.4

Malceski is maybe a slightly 'weirder' example as having 2 interrupted years then bouncing back.

From 51.5 to 96.4 is huge turn around, but has / will anyone bounce back from LTI and crack a 100+ average?

Petrie last year did alright (55 to 93). There's normally always a few that bounce back each year. Nigel Lappin missed the entire 2006 season and came back in 2007 to average over 100.

Oh yes Petrie of course. I even had him in my own side...

Lappin a good example of being able top bounce right back

I see alot of sides are doing 4 premiums in both backs and forwards. Thinking of a different strategy however:

Top 10 def premiums last year : Ave -100
Top 10 fwd premiums last year : Ave - 105

Does the above state a strong case to go to a 2-6 or 3-5 def/fwd premium strategy instead?

ie. A setup I'm entertaining looks like this :

Def : Goddard, Deledio, 7 x rookies
Fwds : Franklin, Goodes, Pavlich, Harvey, Chapman, Riewoldt, 3 x rookies

This seems like a sensible low risk strategy that could pay off. Thoughts?

Could I ask where people got the SCE avatar. Is is like a reward if you finished in the top 1,000?

It's a reward for the first and third overall leagues, and for riding on the coat-tails (and shouting down the wackier ideas) of the #1 overall player. :p

:D It is for members of SuperCoach Elite.

I think I read in another thread someone say how many teams player x was in.

Can you see this somewhere, looked in stats & couldn't see.

That will kick in once the season starts I believe.

You can see what percentage of teams a player is in if you are subscribed to supercoach gold (and probably if you activate the free trial). To do so, go to the assistant coach, and go to coaches choice.

SGB there are a couple of flaws with the above logic.

No 1 is that the fwds are usually where you get the biggest price swings - ie. it's not uncommon for a fwd (particularly a KPF) to score 150 one week then 30 the next. So there are usually opportunities during the season to pick up a premium fwd who has dropped plenty of value more so than a def or mid.

No 2 is that you would probably struggle to get 7 def rookies who will get the job done for you both in terms of points and in rising enough in value to be worth it.

My tip - wait till the pre-season comp is done, see where the best rookies are and then build your team around that.
