I wouldn't expect for the record(s) to be broken any time soon. The league doesn't need a longer fixture, so I've include games they played in that season for a reference.

A lot of the Sweet F.A records (I just posted a new thread with game highs etc) are held by players from Seasons 4,5,6 - mainly due to the extremely long fixtures, back when it was one season per year and earlier quirkier versions of the sim.

Even if a few rounds get added in, it's probably going to be tough to outdo any of those from Season 16 on wards though.

Moved your post just to keep AB's thread clean (even though we're a long way off the 30th season he's reserved for ha)

Team Timmy had a bye in Round 14, not the Titans (TK). Just a little mistake.

I imagine they had some odd fixtures early on for whatever reason - Team Timmy played the Junkyard Dogs in the same season four times...

OK, I've gone back and had a look.

The scheduling was weird. If you click on any of the games, it takes you to the thread, and all the games listed go to a thread featuring those 2 teams in the title of the thread. So the links are fine.

And you're right - apart from round 14, when Team Timmy must have had the bye instead of Team Kournikova as listed, it seems that Team Timmy actually played 13 games for the season and Team Kournikova played 11. So there must be an issue with one of the threads, but I haven't the knowledge of the teams and players to deduce if one of the games where Timmy is listed as having played, was actually played by Kournikova?

Hope this makes sense...

Yeah, it's weird. According to the results, Team Timmy only had one bye that season, in round 14, while Team Kournikova had 3 :huh:

But I have clicked every link, and they all go to a game featuring the 2 teams in the result?

So you've got Team Kournikova having the bye in round s 5 and 12, but the results show an extra bye in round 7?
 
Found it. The thread for Season 1 round 7 is titled Timmy vs Wonders, but the game is played between Kournikova and Wonders.


Edited for accuracy.
