Yeah, I noticed that when browsing the season by season stats of the Hawks. One of the players in S06 averaged 6.0 FF and 6.2 FA per game. There's a clear downgrade of those numbers over time.

There's a clear adjustment before S07, and probably another one around S11. I think from S11 to now the sim stat output is realtively the same.
