I have no issues. Alex would not have got a WC by himself.

But I wish Hewitt would just say he was a part-time doubles player now. Say he will play Wimbledon and AO next year now.

Nothing wrong with that as we saw at the AO, he still got it.

Don't mind them having a crack but contrast this with how the AFL lobby governments, seems like a bit of an amateur move from Tennis Australia.
Considering the amount of money the Vic govt have chipped in for all those renovations and upgrades over the years it does look a bit like a dick move.

He has enough money. Crazy deal. I wonder if Nike offered him less money, I'm just surprised he would leave that partnership.

According to reports, Federer’s record 10-year sponsorship agreement with Nike — which expired earlier this year — is the wealthiest in the sport’s history, worth more than $US120 million.

However, even that deal is dwarfed by some of Nike’s other recent sponsorship agreements with NBA superstar LeBron James reportedly signing a lifetime deal with the apparel giant on a deal reportedly worth somewhere between $500 million and $1 billion.

According to Forbes, Federer already earns more than $65 million per year in endorsements alone — enough to keep him at No. 7 on the list of sport’s highest earners.

Boris Becker now a diplomat for the Central African Republic :drunk:

It's funny and a complete disgrace at the same time.

Probably about as much chance of that match going ahead as the Kyrgios Tomic match at the French.
