Also says lamb is the only uncontracted senior player. Hopefully that means dre has signed a new deal and wont be going anywhere.
I'd be surprised if they traded everitt . He is capable of playing many roles and that is a very attractive trait when injuries strike. He was starting to play with a lot more confidence towards the end of the year. Provided good run and long kicking

It's possible Everitt has asked the club to see if other clubs are interested in him. If he stays at the Swans, he's going to be a 24-28 ranked player on the list in all likelihood, with no injuries. He probably will get some games, but he's just strung together his best run of senior games in ages and it might be his best opportunity to get a 2 or 3 year contract from another club where he stands a better chance of getting senior games.

Bit harsh. Lucas is def best 22 when fit for us and is developing, has plenty of scope for improvement.

Seeing as Reid will likely be playing reserves or retained as a backman I thought the deal might be a win win.

He might be best 22 in your side, not ours. Reid is contracted for another four years and is most definitely a required player (he won't be playing in the reserves), it will take more than pick 13 (in a shallow draft) and Kane Lucas for us to even think about getting rid of him.

Hardly. Lucas is a running joke at Board level and isn't seen as a member of your Best 22 in ANY light. A major reason Ratten was sacked.

No you didn't, just the same stock-standard Carlton offer for any player worthwhile without having to give up a player of value.

Don't shoot the poor guy down too much, he is offering a fairly reasonable trade we just don't rate Lucas

Yep.

Apart from that I bet he could get far better coin elsewhere.

I don't want him to go anywhere but it would certainly make sense if he wanted to.
