In this weeks TSL Record, Clarence Club Notes has the following as opening paragraphs:

'A FREE KICK COUNT THAT WE CAME OUT ON THE NEGATIVE END OF WHICH SUBSEQUENTLY RESULTED IN SIX TO SEVEN GOALS TO OUR OPPOSITION'

'We clearly must be the poorest team in the competition in how we play and in particular tackle as we seem to incur similar statistics week in week out.....'

I found it a staggering read from a Club sanctioned page in a competition based publication and surely not what the TSL Record is intended for, especially considering page 2 is all about Umpire appointments and profiles??

The line about being the poorest team in the competition may be spot on. Very poor work Clarence FC.
Deserve a fine me thinks...oh wait it is Clarence the NORMAL Rules do not apply move along.....

Heard from multiple people today that the D League may be done and dusted for next year. Not sure how accurate and what it may mean though. Would be a shame but when the two coastal clubs don't field a side and Prospect being a waste of time and money, the competition is struggling and suppose something has to give.

Tigers must be a massive worry also, the season can not come to and end soon enough for the Team out of Kingston 175 Points lost.
Have to agree about the D league what will it be if it goes on a Seven team league with five of those teams from Greater Hobart.

Maybe best if the southern clubs follow Burnie & Devonport by playing the twos in a separate competition. Maybe bring back 'the bay' in a southern D league & 3rds comp. It'll give Bill something to do now his free lunches have ended

You must be spewing mate, Hobart city nock over a top five club in the Northwest, something your mob of pretenders can't do, Winter, Lauderdale,HTH,and Don The Sash, biggest bunch of non achievers on record.
We've beaten every team in the comp this year bar Burnie....

Thanks for that win by the way knackers, puts us in the box seat for a home final, does your mob know what they are?

Good luck getting a home final at that shithole mate, most SFL and Old Scholars teams have better facilities than that dump down at the tip. How many games have you played on the coast? Flat track bullies that can't play away from home.

You've won 2 games on the road this year, one by 2 points over Hobart City at North Hobart, very impressive.

Sorry, we better give those wins back then.

Maybe they'll give us a final at North Hobart so the ground feels relevant again, not much hope if the tenants getting one there.
Just pointing out how woeful you are when not playing on the postage stamp that the tip is. You should feel privileged to play a final at North Hobart, the spiritual home of Tassy football.

Hobart City have ZERO, they are flat out winning games
Only as good as your last game, Demons by 6 goals over Devonport at Devonport.
Much rather be in Richters position than Windy. Twice the coach and a much better bloke with all the kids with him all the way. How's Windy going with his young kids and their personal issues? Heard he's not to good in that area.
