Watching the Dolphins v Sandringham game live on ABC1 at the moment

Genuinely excited to see the Dolphins improve again this year.

The Bees will be a tough test, though. They smashed us twice last year.

Could say that Anastasio is and Shannon Taylor also. Stoked that Shane Hockey has been rewarded for his stellar early season form. Is averaging 27 touches a game in the guts for the Dolphins. Also good to see young gun Nick Rippon recognised for his start to the year.

Why would they play suburban footy at a professional footballing venue?

pathetic.. Better atmosphere at North Port Oval, better crowd at Frankston Park, better lights at Skilled Stadium.

Wish the AFL would get there s*it together and realise its not going to work playing them at a venue like Etihad in Melbourne.

The structures and game plans are more open than the AFL. I actually quite enjoy it more than the AFL live

This year I have watched more VFL then AFL....its just better and less flooding

Sad state the current VFA/ VFL forums. Too quiet for too long. Big footy/ VFLfooty.com are pure examples of where this level is at. Just like the footy show, the VFA has had it’s day. I’ve called it I’ll be a minority that hangs on.
