I'd like to give Stuart Dew a crack as our senior coach, in terms of footy smarts and leadership quality I'd reckon he'd be right up there, seems like the sort of person the players would play for. He just looks like he demands respect and would return it in spades.

He'd probably give Rioli a game too.

Considering He used to be the forwards coach, JK didn't do too bad whilst under his watch. In fact I would say the whole forward line (with the exception of JK of course) have gone backwards since He was promoted to Assistant coach so surely this falls on Graham's shoulders?
I was taking about Gavin Bell mate. I think you're thinking of Longmuir or someone else..

I do hope Cox sticks around i just think him being a mid coach has not been good for him. Stick to developing our next generation of Ruckman.
Personally first one gone from my point of view. Don't like players walking into coaching positions at the same club at which they played without any time elapsed. Too close to the playing group to be objective IMO.

Promoted past his competence level. More than happy with him coaching the rucks. Midfield is too much responsibility.

True but also don't like that he is close with half the playing group can be isolating for those just recruited who haven't played with him. Believe its part of the insular problem the clubs having and why some of the youth might find it hard to get a look in.
