Ever tried L-glutamine? In larger doses (10g/day) for about a week straight or so can jack up your immunity. Heaps of people can have tears in their gut linings and this helps to promote cell growth and regeneration as I think it's like 80-90% of your immune system is found in your gut.

But yeah going the more natural way toump ass (minus the ciggies haha) garlic ginger greens chilli berries green tea water all good and just make sure you to find good things about your day if you're always run down do you enjoy what you're doing or do you have a bit more passion elsewhere?
 
good balanced diet, less bad stuff more good stuff. See your GP and don't be afraid to see a naturopath as I was having similar issues and was treated for an iodine deficiency which seemed to help the problems i was having. might be lacking some important minerals as well.
