Apologies for posting a thread like this so close to Game day..

As I live in Cairns, I don't get to many NMFC games... In fact the last time I went to a Roos home game was pre 90's. I phoned the club last week seeking ticket information regarding the NMFC Vs Hawks game that I will be at. (so excited). They told me they do not handle tickets... contact Ticketmaster..

For some reason, I cannot buy tickets on Ticketmaster, either from links on the NMFC site or the AFL site. Says ' We cannot process your request at this time'.. Tried for a few days now.

Bringing my Scottish relatives as well as my family. Going to freeze our butts of but we would sit in the snow in the nud to see the mighty Kanga's.

Any info/suggestions would be appreciated.

Looking forward to seeing BBB this weekend (BigBenBrown)

Only thing I can think of is ticketmaster are not selling the tickets yet as it's still another 3 weeks away. Maybe try Monday.

Is it a fully ticketed game?

Otherwise, just turn up at the gate around 6pm and pay GA Level 3.

We did it in 2012 v Blues and there were three cats and a pigeon up Level 3.

This doesn't help, but Ticketmaster do all the ticketing for Docklands games and they are total rubbish.

They should be on sale now, so all I can suggest is to keep trying.

Go to afl.com.au and select tickets, then venue Etihad stadium. Scroll down to bottom of screen and go to Round 16 (north v hawks) select buy tickets. Advisable to buy reserve seats because there will only be free seating behind goals on level 3 ( nose bleed seats).

thanks ill try it now..... Seeing as i'm a country member (admission to 5 vic games), does this even matter in a fully ticketed game?... will I still have to buy my seat?

No, you can just scan in and sit on level 3 behind the goals.

Anywhere else and you will have to buy a seat.

If you intend on sitting in General Admission (GA) level 3 behind goals, you will not need to buy reserve seats. I'd get there early. If you intend to buy reserve seats, you'll pay an additional charge. I'm unsure of the exact cost. However, I paid $30 each for reserve seats for our replacement home game against Carlton.

1800 is early so , you'd probably get a choice of where you want to sit (pick seat starting on aisle, handy with kids in tow) If you arrive after 1900 then you'll be looking for seats.

buy all kids tickets, they don't check when you scan them, or at least they didn't!!
Risky business, I know plenty who have tried this and failed. At all main gates the turnstile as well as a screen behind the gate lights up adult or junior. Have to pray for a distracted employee.
