Priority 2, select wings, keep getting aisle 32, and each time I refresh get pushed further back - row M, then R then T. Surely level 1 is not sold across both entire wings?

Edit: change Wings to Premium and get aisle 35 near the front! 35 is on a wing, but when I select the Wings option, I get the pocket. Same price. Hilarious.
The general public offering has the ability to select your seat (or at least it did for Good Friday), it is only the paid up members who get forced into accepting the stupid ticketing algorithm. It's like we're second class citizens, despite having already paid our entry for the game. Just another of the many ticketing rorts that have existed over the years.

I don't blame the club, because I don't think they have control over any of this. But it does stink.

Can anyone help me.

I hit password reset. Get an email to my work, change the password yet it never works? Is there a time lag? Anyone got the answer?

I reset my password before the first home game (West Coast), and reset process was immediate, got straight back in. I know I get caught up in typing at speed at times for work and personal stuff - I usually go back and re-type my password one character at a time to make sure it's right. I know this probably doesn't help your scenario though - are you using numbers and/or special characters?

Yep, they give the shit seats to the suckers who buy memberships so they can then sell the good ones in the lead up to the game because they know if all that's left is the nosebleeds, less people will buy them.

I must have done it 20 times now. Something is wrong with my account and I have no one to contact. Todays world I guess

If you have another email address, create a new Ticketmaster account

Check your email & spam just in case there is a link to reset password

Anyone else going to GWS game by any chance?
Yeah, I know, problem is I have a window at work today that aligns with my Priority 2 window. Also see my edit to original post, selecting "Premium" instead of "Wings" (same price) gets me the wing. It's funny, I incorrectly assumed "Wings" meant somewhere along the wing. Obviously Ticketmaster have different meanings for stadium outlay.
The nosebleed section is behind the goals, coz if you're not watching the game, getting hit by the ball could be bad news for your nose... ;)

I had a similar issue before the 2019 final with my password. What I recall sorting it was making sure I'd logged out of any open Ticketmaster pages before I went back in to try and reset the password via the email link. But it was about 18 months ago and I'm not sure if I've left something out perhaps.

Will be interesting to see what the crowd is on Saturday. We have only ever played Gold Coast at Marvel twice and had crowds of 22,499 in 2019 and 21,373 in 2011.

I think we are a chance to get 25,000 with our recent form.

Thanks for the help guys.

I went into my Hotmail email through my phone and the password reset worked. I think my work must have security feature which wasn't allowing the reset. So frustrating yet got my tickets now, after a massive panic attack.

Another tip. I wasn't happy with the tickets coming up so requested "new" tickets about 10 times. What do you know centre member wing row N.

Surely it's time for a petition to the club and/or AFL regarding the rapacious conduct of the ticketing agencies. Or a campaign in the papers. Or a referral to the ACCC.

Do any of you who browse other clubs' BF sites know if there are the same sort of complaints and grief there?

I selected "Wings" then selected "new" probably 9-10 times as I wasn't happy being pushed back a row each refresh in a pocket. As soon as I selected "Premium" instead of "Wings" - I got a wing aisle.

I was thinking maybe the AFL should do their own ticketing, but given how they **** up almost any other simple process, perhaps a bunch of footy fanatic grads from a tertiary IT institution would do a better job. (Actually I know they would.)

I'd suggest a small group of tech-savvy BF denizens could be the go too. Anything to take the money and power away from agencies.

Have seen similar issues mentioned a couple of times on other club boards in recent weeks, but couldn't point you to the specific thread/s, sorry.

I’ve just asked on the Bombers board so we’ll see what they say.

Yep, did the same thing (have learnt since last few weeks). Initially row V, now row F

There's been a lot of talk on radio since all this began I think, although I'm not sure what exactly the main complaint is. I see we now have to pay the agencies for practice match access - that stinks, although I suppose it's covid driven and it's easier for the clubs to dish out organising attendance records :-(

Wing in their world is around half forward/pocket.
Premium seems to be what we call the wing

Got tickets today just after 1:00pm (Gold Membership x2) with the expectation that I could purchase guest tickets. No option to do this as far as I could see. Has anyone had success?
