He's not putting it on him. But Scott is responsible for team position and that determines our draft pick. If we don't make top 4 again next year, this is a bad trade. It's up to Scott to achieve that.

Correct we only have to take 1 pick but we would obviously trade our next 2 picks out if we were doing that.

The hope is it becomes 20 for 20 but its a risk if we miss finals next year.
