I personally would give up just a second rounder, he’s at the age and they’re at the point where players like him will be let go for unders.
There’s no fridge player that would really suit them, Constable there makes zero sense as they have inside mids by the boat load.

Give them Constable, straight swap, if he cant get a game there he wont get a game anywhere

That will go down like a lead balloon on here. I suspect the club would do that trade though. I'm not sure Constable is rated all that highly internally here, but others will disagree. I think he's maybe seen as a one trick pony, too many limitations and not versatile enough for the modern game. He can literally only play as an inside mid, and with us going after Crouch, Viney etc - his days are numbered here IMO.

The best we could hope for is a late second round pick for Constable, so we would do that trade if North agree to it IMO.

Yeah, I agree. He has rejected us at least a couple of times hasn't he. Apparently grew up as a Cats fan, but all indications point to him not wanting to play for us. At least in the past anyway.

Brisbane won't use 88 and witherden is contracted cockatoo isn't and witherden is worth far more than cockatoo. You would be looking at 34 and cockatoo for witherden as a bare minimum and I doubt that gets it done Brisbane will want more.

If Cockatoo stays fit he's worth more than Witherden ever will be. He has loads more talent and twice as much upside.

We need mid sized defenders who use the ball well. It's a win/win in my books.

If Witherden wants to leave which is the rumour I can't see Brisbane stading in his way and espcially given they dropped him this year after he performed well enough to stay in the side.

The cap floor has seriously stalled the growth of some clubs. What must North be paying some blokes just to reach the 90%. Mind boggling stuff. Same goes for Gold Coast and Carlton too.

Yeah, it's weird to me. He's kicked 63, 61 and 64 goals in his last three seasons. Only 5 months older than Cameron too.
