The following questions refer to aspects of your 2007 Football Club Membership package and will be used to guide the future membership services of the Geelong Football Club. Can you please look at the statements listed below, and indicate how well you feel the Club has performed on these aspects. Some of the questions may seem a little repetitive, but please answer them carefully as they all have a specific purpose. If you do not know, or the question is not applicable to you, you should click 'Don't Know'.
Your views are important to the Club, and will help us serve you better in the future. All members who complete the questionnaire will go into a draw to win a 2007 captain/coach signed guernsey. The winner will be notified by email.
It is available until Monday October 29th, 2007.
