Not really. If you trust her, you don't really feel the need to, if you don't trust her, then the relationship is ****ed anyway, so you're better off gone.

I've been in that position before, not trusting and having a read, and to be honest, nothing positive comes of it. All you end up doing is making yourself more and more paranoid. If a bird is going to the trouble of dogging you behind your back, you're not going to catch her out by reading her messages. It's not hard to delete messages or hide the number under a different name etc.

I think your best bet is picking a bird who is quality and that will be honest and upfront about that shit. You know which ones they are.
