That's how the regressives work.
Create a scene or situation where by even if you wish to comment because of how shit it is, you say nothing for fear of being labelled something negative by one of those SJW spazs.
im partial to the left. and in no way a sjw. but there's something that's preventing me from commenting, and the reason may be what you outlined. i shouldnt feel this way as we live in a democracy and should be able to speak our mind. however, i do draw the line at sexist, homophobic or racist statements....but yeah, its a personal thing.
i think say women who decry negative statements on this film because it's "misogynistic etc" fuel the debate rightly or wrongly. totally accept injustices women have faced in the past, and reckon society is changing for the better. i think perhaps im a little skeptical given these days the internet is full of opinion (ok) but also when you see men being positively affirming women online for everything they do, part of me feels their messages are for one reason only - to get into that woman.




It's for a new audience. For some reason I still watch SNL a little so I don't have high hopes of the quality. It will be a summer hit though.
