I was always under the impression the WA Fraud Squad job was manufacture and take part in fraud? That is certainly the impression ones gets from their actions.;)
I thought it was a squad of frauds, just like how in Victoria the Drug squad was involved in the Drug trade and the Armed Robbery squad was involved in armed robberies.

We know three documents existed, and someone has removed them.
More likely, it was one public servants job to set up a file, which they did. It was another public servants job to produce pieces of paper. It was a third persons job to put those pieces of paper into the correct file. Somewhere along the line the process broke down, so the file is empty and pieces of paper are missing. It was reported as having happened to a whole load of files at the time.

She "named" them?
Any source for that claim?
It helps if you have read the thread and links.

She admits to filling in the original form that Blewitt signs (#1), she admits to cutting and pasting from a former socialist association and submitting the rules or whatever the right term is for an association to the WA Corp Affairs (#2), that the WA Corp Affairs queried her dodgy paperwork (#3) and that she then drafted a document and submitted it to WA Corp Affairs to quell their conerns, all in the name of S&G but without opening a file.

# 2 and 4 particularly concerned the partners.

"... a former socialist association"

Let your true colurs shine, DR, let 'em shine
That what it was, but it could have been a group of panel beaters or merchant bankers. It was one of the missing documents, and one of the steps to hide her clandestine work from the firm.

Even cops have holdiays. Chill out. :)
Smith seems to be getting advice from some knowledgeable people. Today he has posted the opinion of a tax law specialist. To cut a long story short, he is saying that the AWU-WRA was a sham entity and, as such, for taxation purposes it should be ignored. Any funds gained by Wilson (and others) from the AWU-WRA should be treated as personal income.

Also "There is no time limit for the Tax Office to issue amended assessments where fraud is involved. Further Wilson would carry the onus of proving that any assessment was excessive".

If the ATO were to deem the AWU-WRA a sham entity they might be inclined to do more than just issue an amended assessment. They might pursue the matter as a tax crime.

I take you for a reasonably fair & no nonsense poster but really Mr Smith according to some on here who treat his blog/web site as gospel has been promising some sort of smoking gun for years in regard to our Prime Minister who by the way is his sole target in the AWU affair with any other one counted as collateral damage, & still he fires a pop gun.

"smoking gun" - once one Labor PR consultant in The Age states this they all state it. 'smoking gun, smoking gun, smoking gun...broken record.

"our prime minister" - she is a fraud, a deceiver, the smell of corruption is all over her every time she gets up in the morning, corruption wafts over her like cigarette and alcohol smell sticks to a derelict. She isn't MY prime minister, she may be yours, she may even be Tony Windsor's and Oakshott's - but for anyone with a moral compass she most certainly isn't their prime minister.
