Ginbey/Lalor incident

I don't need to make that assumption about his intent. Assessing the action requires no assumption.
So, we can all safely assume that Ginbey had zero intention of pushing Lalor into Brock then, other than in your head.

Because I can't imagine any of his teammates would be happy with him, let alone his coach, if he actually did that.

Please think before posting.

The charge I recommended included a finding of careless rather than deliberate conduct, so it is you who should think before posting.

Well there was no charge, because the incident wasn't deemed worthy of one to begin with, other than in your imaginary scenario.

So you should probably stop posting altogether.

By golly I hope some Tigers fans hold the same energy.
I will bet you my house, they will suspend Mansell this week

CFL never acts when Tiger players get jaws broken by being pushed into a contest

CFL suspends Tiger players who brace for contact after being pushed into a contest

CFL WILL now finally act on the pusher, but only because this time a Tiger player pushed someone else into a contest

100% corrupt.

Well the main thing is, a lot of Richmond supporters will be in favour of suspension here as it’s better to get one right than two wrong, I’m sure of it.

Pushing a guy in the back mid marking contest into oncoming traffic is not "unlucky". It's a thug act and one of the most dangerous things you can do on a football field to an opposition player

And yet you are dead silent now.

Coincidence I Think Not GIF

Yes, it was ugly.

Yet I fully expect the AFL to find Mansell has no case to answer given the precedence they set in the pre-season.

I also note the commentators being quite vocal - "that is dangerous" and "we need to stop that". It's a pity that the AFL have greenlighted this action for this season.

Had the chance to stamp it out 6 weeks ago and now a kids had his face caved in within the rules apparently 🤔

Nah don’t be silly, the AFL can definitely shift things and do what Richmond fans were asking for, hopefully the AFL give the Tiger fans what they’re after.

Good to see you're in full support of Mansell being punished for this dangerous action, especially since the AFL sent the clubs a warning :thumbsu:

So all richmond fans will be consistent with their demands that players who do this be suspended, so every single Richmond fan who posted in this thread will return and demand Mansell be given 3+ weeks suspension.
I’d have happily accepted that if the precedent had been set in pre-season. Unfortunately it wasn’t and now more young players are at risk of head injury/trauma.
