Why wont the australian selectors give Damien Martyn a go in the test side. Surely he cant do worse than Mark Waugh or even Justin Langer and maybe even Ricky Ponting. Marto rocks and should be given a go!

Steve Waugh says he won't change the squad although the coach and Gilchrist and the 2 other selectors on tour. I think Miller will definately make way for Kasper but I don't think they will make any changes to the batting lineup, although Martyn deserves a chance!
A captain controls the team on the field, not off the field, that is the coachs job. If Buchanan thinks someone should be dropped, he should be able to.
I agree Miller should be playing and Martyn should replace Langer. Langer hasn't done much recently and Martyn never does anything wrong when he does represent nationally. About time he got his chance to stay in permanently.
