I was serious, I think the Hawks have the potential to win the premiership.

I've got a feeling they will do well in the Ansett Cup, possibly even win it (they're my smokey), but I think a lower finals berth is about their limit in the real stuff.

Unfortunately for Hawthorn you are drawn in the same group as Richmond. The best you can hope for is second in that pool.

I guess this is a good opportunity to see if some of your young kids can play the game! No point risking some of the older ones when it is only gonna be a loss for the anyway.
