Hannah Ibrahim kicks a goal early in the last quarter and then celebrates by jumping into the arms of a clearly just as thrilled Carlton player.

Not sure but it could have been former Melbourne Uni team mate Gabriella Pound.

Unusual ,

I think that's just women's footy. They play with a spirit that we don't associate with VFL/AFL environments.

It may have always existed at lower levels but we are only noticing because we watch more women play now.

I must say I'm a fan. To see the girls get so much enjoyment from playing football and playing for Richmond is sensational. It's also not about winning because I saw this last year when we hardly won a game.

This type of interaction is gold
Would love for it to be a new rule in the VFL/AFL
