I guess it's subjective as to what's a good program, but I found it much more interesting when they were watching The Empire Strikes Back than, say, when they were watching something on the ABC featuring Christopher Pyne and Anthony Albanese.

I haven't watched this show much. What channels are they limited to?

Perhaps they should include shows that are more engaging and entertaining. Watching the politicians cooking was so boring.

Never seen the show but I'm curious, if they actually show scenes or you hear audio of the shows from all sorts of different channels, Gogglebox itself must be a bit of a nightmare to produce in regards to copyright? They would have to get permission for all of those shows surely?

Clips of the show is shown on your TV screen, as if it was showing on your TV screen as normal, then there are cut aways to the people on the show and their reactions. There's also a voice over that introduces the show and what it's about.

TV stations are probably happy to have their shows/water marks out there on Ch10.

Last night was the final episode for this year, that went quick.

The kid falling off the couch and whimpering....many LOLs were had.

Props to the father of the girls for conveying his discomfort for how he'd react to a daughter/son who was trans gender.

It's very easy to say the politically correct thing, and he certainly wasn't offensive, but acknowledging the difficulty you'd face in that scenario is reality. It's not all black and white.
