Press Conference:
The East Coast Eagles have chosen to relocate to the Gold Coast and have changed their nickname.

They are now known has the Gold Coast Jets.

CEO and coach hawka_fan said the relocation was due to the fact that
"The fans weren't getting enough sun tan" and The "jets" is a more suitbale nickname.

Frawley, Birchall and R.Clarke for N.Stevens and Hadley.

We are delighted to recieve 2 outstanding players in stevens and hadley.

Stiller for T.Selwood
Stiller did not want to go to the GC and was willing to go in the PSD. We felt the best option was to get something for him.

Ben Hudson + #49. for Jason Roe

2nr ruck problem sorted out, Hudson is a good cheap pick up

Awesome trade seeing as Brett Deledio is signed on 5 year contract.

Purely again for salary cap reasons. Newman is a solid young player and the club are delighted to have him.

Press Conference:
The Gold Coast Football Club wish to announce their signing of coach Bryceson for the 2008 season. "After a long interview process we believe that Bryceson is the man with the best experience, knowledge and know how to take this club in the right direction." He said: "I am thrilled to have been offered this job by the GCFC and can't wait to get started. Obviously i have had no control over the list at all, but I still beleive it is a quality list with planty of talent and the right mix of experience and youth. I look forward to a successful 2008."

The Gold Coast Football Club also wishes to announce a change of image. They will now be known as the Gold Coast Crocs for 2008 and beyond. Their new 2008 guernseys will be released in the next 2 weeks.
