Gold Coast/Geelong is ESPN's pick for US coverage

Just came down yesterday. 2nd game of Geelong's to get the ESPN TV treatment this year. Had a few already streamed on espn3.com.

The Gold Coast game also falls on Memorial Day weekend here in the States. I'd prefer it being a 12:10a bounce. Instead, it's a 5a, wrapping around 8a, which might not be bad either because EPL starts here between 7a-9a on ESPN's channels.

Of course, the girlfriend is hauling me to West Virginia for some family reunion deal that weekend. The DVR is already set though.

Scroll down to the TV schedule, and you're good to go. Those obviously include the ESPN3 scheduling, and they update the ESPN TV pickups as they roll in, typically 2-3 weeks ahead of time. Pies/Dogs next week.

I can't tell you how impressed with ESPN I am when it comes to them upping their AFL coverage for 2011. Still wish they had a weekly highlights show on ESPN2 or ESPN Classic, but I'll take 3-4 games a week on ESPN3 and almost a weekly game on ESPN TV.

yeah fully agree re ESPN coverage.

It is brilliant. Always clear, HD streams that are so close time wise you can listen to radio streaming as well as watching and stream is almost synched.

Would like a few more tV games but beggar not being choosy.
