Talia would need to take Butts' place but unfortunately for him Jordon is younger, more mobile, just as good defensively and better with the ball in hand. We can't have both in the same side especially if they persist with Kelly too.

Might listen tomorrow while working but it sounds very piss weak. He's the last senior player I'd expect to throw the toys out of the cot. Might be missing key info though.

It's not that he has nothing against the club. So is going to burn his teammates over one day of training lost due to a hangover. Shows the extent of the senior player entitlement culture when Talia cracks the sads like that.

I don't blame him for being pissed but he should just come out and say it rather than making excuses that don't hold up to the slightest bit of scrutiny. He could always drink water or soft-drink at the B'N'F if he "wants to stay fit".

This reminds me of Jenkins and Jacobs who both cracked the shits. There was definitely a whiff of entitlement running through some our previous group.

Pretty disappointing for his teammates you'd think. There'll be a piece on his career as well, going to be a bit awkward without him there.

I get that game is disappointed however the club has been good to him for many years

This is the type of "Entitled " behaviour that has crept into our club with our senior players, and the reason why Nicks is building a priortise other culture

If true, not a great decision by Talia and maybe one he might regret down the track

Absolutely. It hurts me more with Talia than the others because he always had a straight-talking manner of speech and now he's trying to bullshit us with weak excuses. Wouldn't have expected that from him.
 
For such a professional footballer to not understand why clubs do what they do seems odd.

Disappointing to see but won't change my mind about his previous worth and commitment to the club
