Due to a number of factors, support for the current BigFooty mobile app has been discontinued. Your BigFooty login will no longer work on the Tapatalk or the BigFooty App - which is based on Tapatalk.
Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
You can't delist a player until after the Free Agency period.
If he gets a free agency offer, we will get compo - the fact we were or weren't offering a contract doesn't matter, I don't think.

And net us picks of little value even to trade up late picks are of little value.
Nah clubs are lining up to help us out LOLThey could just wait to grab him as a delisted free agent given we've already said we will delist him
So why would a club "help" us out when they know he's going to be available as a DFA?
Don't understand why only the Bulldogs are a good fit. I would think most clubs thinking of challenging would be interested.

Would rely on the clubs involved agreeing to do so, I don’t know the rules bat that feels like it probably breaks one of the AFL’s draft tampering codes, can anyone fill me in?Can't they just battle it out in the DFA market for his signature?
Yep. Hawthorn did this with Henderson, I thinkThey could just wait to grab him as a delisted free agent given we've already said we will delist him

This is gross, but he'd actually be a great fit for Port.
I honestly don't know mate, it just makes no sense for us to telegraph the fact that we won't offer them a new contract if there was a possibility of compensation. Which in this case Lynch would almost certainly get us something.
If no one grabs them during the Free Agency period it also opens up the possibility of their parent club reconsidering whether to take them or not, as my guess is that we can still change our mind up until list lodgement after free agency.
It's a weird scenario for sure.

Again, Talia would be a ripper for any developing club, although those injuries would be a concernAnother pretty ruthless but very good list management decision, along with Lynch.
Talia still has 50 games in him. I bet the Bulldogs get him.
