Good and bad Betting experiences with bookies?

What are some of the good one's you've had, and some of the bad ones. Have you been ****ed over by some and have any did the right thing by you?

Personally with me I've had good gestures from Luxbet and Crown. Did the right thing with bonus bets, also had disputes with both. Could have said * you and not paid up but they did. Lux in particular did a good gesture. Thinking back betstar years ago also paid out a decent bet where by their rules they could have said * off.

What bookies have looked after you and which if any have shafted you?

Shafted by Sports Alive, only $100 but they're at the top of the tree.

Ladbrokes were great. I had a matched bonus bet and meant to put that on my bet, but accidentally put my money. Called them and they refunded the full amount.

Yeah Ladbrokes have been good to me too. Placed an exotic bet and selected VIC tab awhile ago that won, for some reason it came up as another tab in my history and got paid out at that which was significantly less than VIC tab. I emailed them (not really expecting much after the fact) and they just credited the difference (over a grand) as simple as that.
